LOVE THEIR FOOD & ICE TEAS!!!!
I have been to this location and the customer service is quick and friendly. I had lunch with a friend here and it's always clean. Most places don't care about that. If you have a bad experience, it's best to see a manager. Give them a chance to address the issue.

Panera Bread is a popular spot known for its friendly service and clean, cozy environment. Customers appreciate the quick service, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, making it a convenient place to grab a meal or catch up with friends. The restaurant offers a variety of food options, including breakfast items, soups like broccoli cheddar and chicken-based options, salads, and sandwiches such as the smokehouse BBQ chicken and chipotle chicken avo melt, which can be customized. Many find the food to feel more fresh and less fried than typical fast food, though some note that prices have increased, with items like mac and cheese becoming more expensive and not quite matching the taste of homemade or supermarket versions. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it an ideal spot for working or relaxing. Accessibility is good, with no stairs, accessible parking, and clean bathrooms. Customers enjoy the quick pickup service, especially during busy days or rainy weather, when hot soups provide comfort. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, with positive mentions of staff making nice comments and providing efficient service. Overall, Panera Bread is seen as a reliable place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with a good location in a mall and a pleasant environment that encourages quick, satisfying meals.
