“So I went here for lunch 2 weeks ago with my friend and the food was just delicious .. It's my bday tomorrow and I told my husband i'm making a reservation here being they are closed on Mondays ! We took
our son with us tonight and let me tell
you from the baked mac n cheese to the escargot and beet salad to my phenomenal tasting halibut and husbands duck stew dish, It was beyond delicious & the waitress Cayla was such a doll and very attentive! The family ( mom - Stace and daughter Katherine) came out to sing happy birthday to me which was so sweet and they all made this night such a special one as they are the sweetest as well! Stop by & visit this delightful and delicious family owned restaurant! You won't be sorry and Oh their bakery is amazing too !!Ty Ty again, see you soon!“

“I had a very upsetting and unsafe experience with this business. During our visit, my young daughter was bitten by their cat. What should have been treated with urgency and genuine conncern was instead brushed off- both the over and her employee responded with sarcasm and dismissiveness when I voiced my frustration. I had to make multiple requests to speak to the owner in regards to this incident-yet during a later phone call, she admitted she had been there the entire time. This kind of avoidance is extremely unprofessional, especially when a child's safety is at risk. Due to the bite, my daughter required a medical evaluation and treatment, resulting in medical expenses. I had mailed the ower receipts of the co-pays and requested a refund of my daughter's medical co-pays which i still haven't received. Allowing an animal that bites to be around customers, especially children poses a serious safety risk. The lack of professionalism, empathy and accountability is how this situation was handled is unacceptable. Then to my surprise, this compmay enjoys mocking their customers on TikTok videos. One wasn't made of my daughter, but these video's paint a clear picture of how the owner, Ryan and her employee's think of their loyal customers. I cannot recommend this business nor-even give it one star!“

“This Panera Bread location has quickly become one of my favorites — even though it’s a solid 45-minute drive from my home, it’s worth every mile. Conveniently located close to the Cheesecake Factory and right next to a cinema, it’s a spot I’ve visited multiple times, and each visit has been just as enjoyable as the last.

The location is perfectly maintained — clean, well-organized, and inviting. It’s the kind of place where you can grab a meal before catching a movie, or simply sit with your laptop and enjoy a relaxed afternoon. The staff here keeps things moving efficiently without losing the friendly, welcoming vibe that Panera is known for.

One of the best parts for me is being a member of Panera’s Unlimited Sip Club. I love that I can enjoy unlimited coffee, every two hours, all day long — it’s a perk that really makes my visits even better. Whether I’m in the mood for a hot cup of coffee, iced tea, or another favorite beverage, I can always count on a fresh refill during my stay.

The food here is consistently good — whether it’s a warm bowl of soup in a bread bowl, a fresh salad, or one of their sandwiches, I always find something satisfying. “The food was absolutely incredible—everything from the delicate pastries to the rich, authentic clotted cream and flavorful preserves was top-notch. I especially recommend the caramel tea; it’s sweet, soothing, and the perfect complement to the experience.

However, I’m giving four stars instead of five due to the service, which didn’t quite meet the standard I expect from a proper tea service. When we asked for cream, our server scoffed and insisted the tea didn’t need it. Once it was finally brought, we weren’t checked on again—no refills, no offer of more tea or water, and it took nearly eight minutes after we’d clearly finished before anyone cleared our table.

Still, the quality of the food and tea makes this place worth visiting—I just hope the service improves.“

“This was my first time ordering from Joe's. Im sorry i didn't order sooner! i ordered the All American Hero with a side of Onion Rings. Holy cow, the size of this hero was massive! I could only handle half of it. It was delicious! I went for this place because it allowed special requests and I didn't want cheese but wanted extra mayo. They fulfilled my request accurately. It was dinner time when I ordered and yet still arrived timely and hot, and Im not that close as I live in Centereach. I devoured all the onion rings, they were too good to leave behind. definitely recommend and definitely will order again!“

“I've always been going to this location due to its convenience but now that it's under new ownership this year, not only is it better but you get more for your dollar. The prices now are actually better than they were under previous management. Great combinations for breakfast or lunch, many fresh cream cheeses and bagels/flagles. I highly recommend this location. If you cannot find it, go right past the Walgreens if you are heading north on Terry and turn where it says massage envy because it is easy to miss. If you hit Maureen's, you went too far north. It will be on your right.“

“I love Panera but I would like to see more detailing in their restaurants decor. They all seem so bland and devoid of attachment to their respective communities. I realize it is in keeping with a minimalist, easy to keep clean approach but it does not motivate customers to stay a while and/ or make it a dining experience.“
