We were a party of eight. Waitress provided no service for 15 minutes after we arrived and were seated! No asking if we wanted refreshments or water. Settings of silverware and napkins were on table. She came and took our orders after another ten minutes had gone by. The bar was fairly empty and I saw no reason for her delay.
