Great customer service, evidenced by good rapport exhibited by staff, efficient service, they take time to explain ingredients, and offer relevant suggestions. There's a Drive-thru if you don't want to go inside the store. Clean, sanitized store lends to the feeling you're having food prepared under hygenic conditions. That's good. Pricing is competitive and 'seals the deal' that you're getting value for money.“

“I go to this location every single day. They are great people. And always have great customer service. Today I order my usual but they accidentally put bananas in it (and I hate bananas) so I went inside and they remade it for me. I asked them if I should throw out the other shake she said yes. My special self accidentally threw away the shake they just remade me, instead of the one with bananas in it. Luckily that was the only thing in that garbage, it was just changed. But the woman(worker) insisted on making me ANOTHER shake. I said I truly appreciate that but it’s unnecessary it’s a perfectly good shake I don’t wanna waste another. Moral of the story is, The customer service I receive there is impeccable. Highly recommend this location.“

“Wow! What a hidden gem. This place is located inside the shops at South hills, back by Orange theory. It was a little difficult to find at first, but this is an absolute must try in the Poughkeepsie area! Their products are made with all fresh ingredients, and they even grind their own peanut butter fresh daily, which I found out they also jar and sell! This place is Chic and clean and the service was incredibly friendly. I will definitely be coming back!“

“Omg the Green Glow Bowl was so delicious. I wish it had a bit more lettuce and a bit less grains. But it was so wildly delicious, I’m not sure I would change anything. I almost didn’t try this place bc of the lower ratings, and I’m so glad I did. It will be my go to when I’m in the area. I also got green juice, which was also delicious.“

“I love this place and their rewards program is actually really decent, quite often I get $2-$3 coupons off. I appreciate that they're not stingy with giving back. The people that work there are always cheerful and respectful. The smoothies are always delicious. I love that the gladiator has a great amount of protein, while still tasting great. The only thing I wish they had was Kiwi! The kale & Kiwi smoothies be hitting! I have had ONE bad experience where it tasted like it was 95% ice and slush, I only realized upon getting home...The other time a smoothie didn't taste right at all but they remade it.“
