I had a superb dinner tonight with my wife and another couple. Our server Mario was truly exceptional and our dinners were delicious. The beet salad and crab cake started us off and were excellent. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and my wife the Filet Mignon. Great taste, cooked to my liking, all with Mario's very attentive service. For dessert I had the Grand Mariner Soufflé with a cappuccino and the nice pastry's that they brought to us were very thoughtful...and yummy....

We've lived in Greenwich for 12 years and La Crem remains our favorite restaurant in the area. It's good to see the original version return after the short-lived seafood misadventure under the previous head chef. Pro tip: Get the $135 five course tasting menu. You can choose ANY of the items on the menu (including premium items like the fois grois and dover sole), they don't shortchange you on any of the dishes (there's a frites option with the meat course),...
