“I stopped by “That No Good Burger Joint” for lunch yesterday and extremely surprised at the customer service and the menu filled with options. I ordered a triple smash cheeseburger with the fries and washed it all down with 2 flat tires. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friend and family and would plan to go back soon. The burger was cooked to perfection and the fries were just right. The server was extremely attentive and made sure my and my cousin were well taken care. I would give this restaurant a 10/10 no question.“

We’ve had the truck come to several events (even our wedding!) and people always rave about not only the amazing empanadas and churro waffles, but most importantly the service! “This was my 4th time back to Root & Branch Brewery and my 3rd time having pizza from Nico’s Charred Pies. Had the pleasure of being able to try their new square pie. It was very light and crispy. I would’ve liked to put some toppings on it, but was interested in just trying it as is, which is “upside down” style! I really enjoyed the crust - there was visible olive oil on there - yum! The round pie is the spicy red. Large, thin slices of garlic and a fiery kick! The crust was thin and crispy!“

“Ever since I found this place, its the ONLY place around work I’ll go to for lunch. I once had something pop up immediately after picking up my greek salad there, and only had a chance to eat 7 hours later, after it had turned into a soggy mess. You know what: IT STILL BANGED! “Pretty solid quality food and prepped just the way I like. Chicken is well seasoned but not over done, lamb is cut into fine pieces. Pita was nice and fresh.There are more options than the standard chicken and rice.It was my first time here so I hope the quality is consistent unlike most halal carts I frequent.“

“We worked the same event yesterday and I knew right away I would be visiting them for my lunch! So amazing and the ladies were super friendly! I tried the Taco, Bacon Mac & Cheese, Philly Cheesesteak, and Banana Nutella. I Hope to see them at another event soon so I can try the other flavors (I heard the spinach artichoke is a must have!)“

“It was my first time trying Empanada Queen, a food truck in Baldwin, and overall, it was a decent experience. They had a deal for 10 empanadas for $28, so I decided to try a variety. I went with shrimp, beef, chicken, and mac and cheese empanadas. The flavors were all pretty tasty, with the shrimp, beef, and chicken being the standouts. However, I wasn’t a fan of the mac and cheese one—it just didn’t have the right texture or flavor I was expecting.
The wait time was short, which was a nice surprise, especially since it was freezing outside! I was glad to have the car to wait in while the food was being prepared.
One thing to note is that the outer shell of the empanadas was quite hard, which made them a bit tough to bite into. On the positive side, the fillings themselves were flavorful. The only other downside was that they only offer one sauce, which had a bit of spice to it. While I didn’t mind it, I wish there were a few more sauce options to choose from.
I'd still recommend it if you're in the area and craving empanadas.“
“Highly recommend! Elizabeth was quick to respond to my inquiry and called to answer all of my questions. They catered my grandsons 1st birthday party. Pizzas were all amazing. Large variety served with a salad. We also had the gelato which everyone loved also. They made extra pies for us and gave us gelato to keep also.“

“I have being eating halal food for the last 10 years. I am very lucky to found the best and cleannest halal store in New York. The gentlemen that served us was a real gentlemen and he's food was excellent ?. We were also lucky to meet other employees running that restaurant in a really great manner and I also recommend this place to everyone interest it on eating real good food. All 3 of us enjoyed everything thanks.“
