My daughter had my husbands birthday catered by Aubergine food truck we had more than 70 people and I must say their food was amazing. The service was outstanding and anyone wanting to try authentic Egyptian cooking should try the owners of Aubergine food truck. My daughter had my husbands 70th birthday catered and she ordered koshery, makarona, bedingan, patatas pirae, gulesh, shewerma and more. I have to say their food was excellent, service excellent. We had absolutely no left overs. Everyone raved how delicious the food was. For anyone wanting to try authentic Egyptian food this is the place to go. This husband and wife who own this business know how to cater to the people. Amazing is all I can say !!!!

Their food is 100% fresh healthy and tasty, i have visited most of places on long island because i am food lover so far Aubergine has best tasty and healthy and fresh food, prices are very economic. you get better food what you pay is too less. i recommend to asian community to visit and try their food. you will love it.
