Placed an order on 10/31. I received the order bagel was burnt as you can see in the picture. Not only that the food was just thrown in the bag as if there were throwing things in a garbage with no wrapping around the food. So I called and tried to speak to a manager was put on hold for 15 mins! I love the food choices, but the Bellmore location is always " cold". Many people had their coats on. Can something be done?
