“Wanted to give a huge shout out to the Tap Room (Patchogue) (specifically the Patchogue location). We were invited to a family party, buffet-style. I reached out to the restaurant via email, because I wanted to make sure they could accommodate my daughters food allergies -- eggs, soy, sunflower seeds, tree nuts and peanuts, or I would plan ahead and pack snacks she could safely eat instead. The Culinary Director, Joseph Walsh, called me the next day. He spoke to me for awhile, went over her food allergies, made some suggestions, and assured me that he would come up with something she could safely eat. The morning of the party, he sent me an email to confirm we were coming and his suggestions for a safe meal (rice and beans sauteed with bell peppers, chicken cutlet w/ no egg, and a mixed fruit salad). I emailed him back that just rice and beans and the fruit salad would be fine, because she doesn't eat chicken. He emailed me back, concerned that rice and beans and a fruit salad wouldn't be enough, but I assured him it would be fine because she's only 7 and has anxiety over trying new foods at restaurants (understandably), so sticking with rice and beans and fruit salad, which she's comfortable with, would be perfect. At the event, Joseph told my relative that he wanted to talk to us, and when we arrived, he came to introduce himself, told me that he was making sure everything was prepared separately and would be ready for her shortly. Absolutely fantastic service. We truly, truly appreciated all his care and effort, because that's sadly not the norm most of the time when we try to eat out. “While traveling for my son’s baseball tournament in Yaphank, NY my family and friends stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant!! Everything from the food to the staff is incredible!! I highly recommend this place and so did everyone else we went with (we brought 15 people with us). Everyone cleaned their plate and these are not small portions! The food is extremely fresh and there is a great sense of pride in their product. We loved our experience here and we will absolutely return when we come back in August!!“

“Love it, super clean, super fun, great patrons and staff. Prices are actually on point with some stuff competitively fixed. Contrary to "the kings" review (who happens to be a former staffs ex) there are ZERO bugs. The photo he left isn't even of any area in or at Misfits. It's a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere with great music choices, pool, darts, a variety of food, huge variety of drinks, tap beer, ipas, and seasonal drinks. Frozen menu and summer lemonade types/margaritas are delicious. Bartenders are all awesome, the best around.“

“So let me tell you about “The Royal Pub”. This is a Pub that is Cash Only, and shares it’s parking lot with neighboring businesses. As you enter, you’ll notice that The Bar Area is placed against the wall on the left hand side of the building. There’s about 5 beers on tap, with plenty of bottled beer, canned beer, and hard liquors in-stock. There’s no food, but do they have snacks, such as chips. They offer a ATM, Dart Board, Disco Ball, Happy Hour, Multiple TV’s at various sizes, Pool Table, TouchTunes, and they play Quick Draw here. There’s separate restrooms for men and women, and smoking can be done either out front or out back. They even have a Bouncer there on the weekends. It’s a small pub, so seating may be limited. But it’s perfect for small to midsize groups of people to attend. Its unique feature is the bar’s countertop, which is made up of pennies. “Came here on a whim the other night and had an amazing time. The people here were so friendly and kind. The bartender Sue (lol idk how to spell it) she was a gem helped me feel really comfortable. The drinks were reasonably priced. The people here take pool seriously though so bring your game face. Parking was easy & I suggest paying & tipping with cash. Oh and most importantly the bathroom was clean!!“

“As a musician who has played so many bars all over NY state I must say the environment at Tailgsters is so incredibly special. First, they treat the bands with love and respect. It should be the norm but sadly it’s not always the case. They go above and beyond. From the ownership to every single enologee that works there, it’s impossible not to absolutely love every person associated with this bar. The crowd is great and super friendly and safe and I genuinely look forward to playing there again. They treat their customers, staff; and performers like family. Really like family. I am so grateful that we’ve played there twice and I’m already looking to playing there again. Michelle behind the bar is a genuinely great person and makes awesome drinks, but every single person there is so approachable and engaging. I can recommend Tailgsters as a genuinely fun environment that treats everyone like family. I look forward to just visiting when I’m not playing. Impressed is a huge understatement. Thank you so much for treating our band the way you did. Truly an Awsome night and the staff and crowd at Tailgatets made our night extra special. Thank you for being genuine and amazing people. “A great little local bar owned by a cool dude named Brian. He has invested a lot of time and money 🤑💰 in this place. I see Brian removed the benches outside the bar..Due to the homeless panhandler's. These people would sit their all day. I called the cops twice on them. Loud annoying and they make you feel uncomfortable 😣🥵 😂 they really embarrassed themselves.“

“Breakfast is our favorite meal and we eat out every morning. Due to an early morning doctor appointment, we bumped into Buttermilk’s Kitchen. Great vibe as soon as you walk in….friendly and cheerful staff, nice decor, immediate service. I had the “The ‘Ol Barnyard”…..the sausage gravy was excellent with big chunks of sausage and super flavorful…..probably the best I’ve had here in NY and most of the South!!! The bacon was high quality and very tasty. My perfect over easy eggs were so fresh (yes, I can taste the freshness and quality just by having a bite of the whites!). My husband had a “Create Your Own Omelette” and declared that is was a “work of art” (I was offended because I make a darn good omelette and he never said that to me!) We were concerned about the “hash browns” because that usually means just cubed and fried potatoes, so we were very pleasantly surprised at the delicious shredded and seasoned, crispy but soft hash browns. Our regular coffee was good and hot, and they offer several “craft” coffee options. The Banana Foster French toast looked delectable! The lunch menu looks good, as well. We’ll definitely be back.“

Jenn (the event coordinator) was extremely friendly, professional and informative from the moment I called her to inquire about the space. The venue is a dual space. You have the catering room as well as the bar area where there are pool tables and a dart board. Perfect for our guests in their 20s. The food and staff were amazing. I cannot rave enough about Amy, Jenn, Steve, Ernesto and Sabrina. They were all so helpful and accommodating during our event. Jenn was extremely attentive and made sure we had all our desires fulfilled, up until the morning of the party. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this establishment. Book them! You won’t regret it!“

“I attended an event Friday night and this place blew me away on so many levels. The food was amazing, but the service was even better. Between Kaitlyn giving me a sample of one of the wines because I told her I was picky about wine and Zack accommodating an absolutely ridiculous request, they were all just amazing people. I’m autistic and I make some ridiculous requests sometimes, but Zack didn’t even bat an eye. I have pet rats and I saw that broccoli rabe was on the menu as a side, so I asked if I could take home like a single piece and he didn’t even blink, he just said to remind him before I left. I will definitely be patronizing them in the future“

The decor screams authentic and fiesta, the servers are all very friendly and helpful, and we love the menu!

There is something for everyone, our favorites are the fajitas and the enchiladas. There’s even a kids menu so our little guys can enjoy the night out with us.

Drinks are always great and the prices won’t disappoint either.
