Our group went with ordering an appetizer of artichoke cheese dip, which was dangerously delicious, followed by the main course featuring “white chicken & spinach pizza”, the to good to describe broiled Haddock, and savory chicken parmesan with homemade marinara sauce spaghetti.
The entire experience was rewarding and worth the drive. It’s definitely an establishment that we will look forward to returning to again, and I am looking forward to trying the other selections on the menu. “We have always enjoyed stopping into Ellicottville Brewing while visiting Bemus Point. It’s a nice atmosphere and good beer. We’ve loved the calamari for years and looked forward to having it, that is until last year. It seems they changed the calamari or where they get it from to a lesser quality (but the price went up significantly). The quality is terrible compared to the previous calamari. We went back this year hoping it was just a one-time thing but it’s even worse this year. The quality is still not good and this time the sauce they put on it was barely existent and the dipping aioli was totally different. I would have rather the price went up a little more and they kept the higher quality food. Would still recommend popping in here to give the beer a try and to enjoy the great location. I just do not recommend the calamari. 😆“

“A very quiet day at the tasting room. The atmosphere was excellent, the weather was good so we enjoyed the outdoor seating. The Bartender and the wait staff were prompt, friendly, and talkative. And the beer, all good. Many of the selections were exclusive to the tasking room.“

“We were at our vacation rental on the Chautauqua Lake and we're looking for somewhere to grab a bite, and Group Ther-Happy was recommended, and it did not disappoint.

Let me start with the service, it was great. Shaq was quick, whitty and made the experience there that much better.

The food was good. The cheese and pepperoni pizza was loaded with cheese (way above average anywhere else), so it is filling. Quality cup and char pepperoni too! The Fungi pizza was good, but seemed a little lean on the mushrooms. The burger was reported to be tasty, although if you opt for the beer cheese, it can be on the heavy side. But you can always pull some off.

They do have anb patio, nice bar area and TV's to follow sports etc. A spot we'd recommend if you are in the Lakewood area.

Bonus. The women in our group found the Expresso martinis to be above average. They also enjoyed the sign for the bathrooms. In the pics...“
