“We found this place when looking for something new for us, not too terribly far from our sons home in Chili,NY ( about 15 miles) We had a wonderful breakfast (fresh cut and cooked potatoes for homefries) with a pleasant surprise of chopped green pepper added. Portions were very generous. I had french toast with a large serving of fresh blueberries on top. My son’s westen omelette was too big for him to finish. I can’t say enough about the service. Our server was quite the multitasker, very busy, all the while being as polite and pleasant as anyone I’ve ever met. (Good for her! Maybe others will pass that friendliness around.) We can’t wait to try the lunch menu next! Don’t hesitate to give them a try!”

“This is one of those mom and pop pizzerias that you grow up on, you have family dinners around, you celebrate with. You may have been born in or may have moved to Bergen (as I did) but you quickly realize why the residents are fast to talk about "their local pizza shop." [BONUS] If you have ever had a chance to talk with the owners, they honestly have hearts of gold! Ralph and Rosie's: Good food, good wings, GO BILLS! [try their "plate" it's really good]”

“I recently got married and JoJo's provided some delicious mini brownies for our reception at Deerfield CC, AND worked with me to develop a scruptuous chocolate/marshmallow caramel mini dessert for our guests. I so appreciated Joann taking the time to work with me to come up with a mini treat that I had originally seen down in GA the spring before when I was on vacation. They worked diligently to come up with such. They are professional, creative and a welcome quality bakery to Brockport! Thank you Joann and staff! Love you guys! Maureen”

“First I have to start by telling you about the English Muffins, because if you stop reading, it's important that you know these are the best English Muffins you will ever taste. In fact, don't even think of them as English Muffins because you are setting the bar too low. You absolutely must try them. They are to die for and will redefine what an English Muffin is in your mind.

I visited from Texas and I've been home for two weeks now, thinking about them multiple times a day. That's not an exaggeration.

I went to Coleen's Kitchen with my aunt and uncle, who live in Brockport and are regulars, and this place completely blew me away. Coleen runs the entire show single-handedly. She greets you, answers the phone, takes reservations, serves the food, picks up dishes, handles the bill, and cooks every meal herself. I can promise you've never seen anything like it.

The restaurant has its own personality. Coleen has a list of rules posted at every booth, which basically boil down to having common courtesy. You can even buy a t-shirt with her rules printed on it, which was a must-have souvenir for me. She pours her heart and soul into that place, and it shows.

The portions are generous and the food is incredible. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. I can't wait to be back in Brockport so I can visit Coleen's Kitchen again!”

When I said I needed to be GF the waitress (Melissa) made it a point to answer all my questions and explained how most could be gf free easily. It was the BEST Meal I've ever had, if only I would have had room for their gf dessert- next time!”

“Me and the family like to try different pizza places and the last few were disappointing. I decided to stop here after a basketball game in Holley amd was far from disappointed. They had some slices ready but not what I was looking for. An employee offered to make an entire pizza just so I can buy one slice. Me and my wife decided to buy 3 slices and the pizza was amazing. She was very happy she decided to grab a slice and got to try it.”

“100% recommend Hunt’s Pub. A wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, with good food, good drinks, great service and good people. Came in for a speed dating event held at the pub and felt very welcome. Ordered a Dead End Lemonade and two cheeseburgers to go; the burgers and fries are delicious! Will be getting food from Hunt's Pub again, and hope to come down for a trivia or karaoke night!”

Recommend the salmon salad, corned beef burger and flatbread. Also great french fries.”

“This place is a hidden gem just northeast of Brockport on Ridge Road. They have a decent selection of beers and interesting cocktails. Their food menu is really nice. It features burgers but also has wings, salads, sandwiches and some dimner entrees. Once a week they have surf and turf at a very reasonable price. Staff is always perky and helpful. Pictured is my order of cajun dusted smoked wings, which were excellent!”

“Hands down the most flavorful food in Brockport. I had the Jerk chicken plate. chicken was fall off the bone and moist and loaded with homemade jerk sauce! Spicy but sweet and just packed with actual and authentic flavor! I also tried a pattie! I've always been a beef pattie guy. But all they had left were vegetable, and let me tell you, they were so delicious that I'd purposely order veggie again! Since they label themselves a smoothie spot (which they have many fruits and additions to create a smoothie perfect for you) I had to try one as well. It was beyond delicious (pineapple, mango, coconut and ginger) . 10 out of 10! do yourself a favor and check them out! service was also a 10!”

“I can't share enough wonderful things about The Red Bird Cafe & Gift Shop! My Mom and I attended afternoon tea back in January and were blown away by the delicious, traditional English tea - cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches, chicken salad on a croissant, currant scopes, and an incredible dessert tray with macaroons, tarts, cupcakes, and soft bread dipped cookies in chocolate. Not to mention, The Red Bird was warm, charming, and cozy. Jo, the owner, was so attentive and kind - I knew I had to have my Bridal Shower Tea Party here. A few weeks ago, The Red Bird hosted my Bridal Shower Tea Party and it was perfect! We set-up the Welcome sign, gifts, and games in the lovely shop, and then had a formal tea party in the tea room. Jo and her team were wonderful about letting us set-up and decorate however we wanted. They provided the food, tea, linens, China, silverware, and seasonal flowers. It was fun, delicious, and unique - I received so many compliments. I can't thank Jo enough for making my Bridal Shower a special memory, we will definitely be returning to The Red Bird in the future!”

“My friend and I met halfway between our homes for lunch and a catch-up session, today. Springbrook was a comfortable, warm place to meet on a cold day. The waitress (owner?) and chef were exactly the right amount of 'present.' My friend had the Irish Coffee and the margherita pizza, and I had a rum and diet and the fig pizza. Everything was DELICIOUS. A new fave, for sure.”
