Dunkin' Donuts in Bethpage

“I needed to grab coffee for me and my friends, so I found this spot on Google Maps. The service was excellent—easily 5 out of 5 stars. The staff was super friendly and attentive, even brewing a fresh pot of coffee when they ran out just as I placed my order. The donuts were fresh, the location was convenient, and the overall experience was great. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely stop by for more coffee.“

“I went through the drive thru and got around the block and then noticed nothing was what I ordered. I went back & inside this time and spoke to a blonde gentleman with a broom, you know who you are because you were very nice and gave me what I asked for versus the drive-thru attendant that asked me after he already helped me if anything was wrong? I told her nothing was what I ordered and her response was basically shrugged her shoulders and didn’t care because she didn’t even make sure what I asked for was correct in the bag. Poor customer service from her but from him Great! I did not get his name but he deserves a raise for good calm customer service! Thank you blonde guy with the broom 🤗“
