Dunkin' Donuts in Levittown

“Decided to stop in to see what it was all about. Ordered from three different restaurants and everything came out pretty good. Everything was tasty and I think we'd go again. Atmosphere was plain Jane, a few places to sit and wait (or) eat - we ate there. Nobody really there to give service points to. I'd definitely do it again. Pricing is a little high depending on what you're getting, but I believe if you order from the App there are discounts and deals.“

“Earlier today I placed an order for delivery via Uber Eats. Unfortunately Dunkin missed my iced latte and didn't include it with the rest of my order. I was able to get a credit from Uber Eats and I placed a second order for delivery bc I NEED MY COFFEE.

When my 2nd order arrived, I noticed a note with a box of half a dozen donuts. The note includes an apology for the mistake and they've sent me the donuts as a kind gesture. The note is signed by Umer, so I thank them so much for their consideration. Its very rare these days for a restaurant to take the time and care to correct a mistake and I appreciate it very much. We all make mistakes, we're human. Its how we handle that mistake and make it right that matters. Today they succeeded in making me feel like a valued customer. My family and I will enjoy our donuts :) Thank you!“

“I visit this DD weekly around midday. The place is clean and quiet and the stuff is friendly and smiling. I usually order the $5 Meal Deal and this is the only DD I visited where they make the hush browns in the toaster fresh in front of me. Other DDs, they have them already prepared and bagged and cold. I sometimes take a seat and lovely Savita will bring my order to my table!“
