“I'm a newer customer of the location but they are so much better than the 587 location down the road. The ovens are in top notch or should I say working condition where I've never received anything under cooked like the other location. They know a lot of people by name here and I know this area/clientele needs that “

V arrived just pre-covid (2019?).This place has become “night and day,” (“before vs after…”) when contrasted with it prior to V’s arrival:I.Before V Took Over (3 stars)1. Coffee, was rarely up to snuff, although all DD coffees are good regardless of how fresh they are2. Egg and other sandwiches were fair to good…but sometimes not fresh3. Donuts were a “lottery ticket..” (I am not even joking about this!...)a. Sometimes they would be fair to goodb. At the wrong time of the day- ROCKs are actually softer than what they provided4. Employees?- a bunch of kids mainly..hit or miss again…just depended on who was managing the shift (but honestly on LI, we don’t care…just give us top quality food…)II. After V Took Over- (SIX stars on a Scale of 1-5!)1. Coffee, is off the charts- super-fresh…they re-brew every few minute2. Egg and other sandwiches are usually insanely good3. Donuts are “can’t miss items now:a. My fave is boston crèmei. Off the charts fresh and just the right amount of topping and custardii. Better yet, as a change of pace, I timidly tried on other occasions, not knowing what to expectDouble chocolate, Bavarian crème and even pumpkin(a) Once again…ALL WERE FANTASTIC! At all times of the morning or evening4. Employees?- a bunch of kids, again…but they’ve selected hard, fast thinking workers that are equipped to deal with us crazy and demanding- LI-ers. Very polite…and they correct mistakes instantly…Am I expecting you to thank me/us for this?NONSENSE…it is you that we all must thank…with the restaurants competing for Covid- dollars…well the “cream” { boston crème at that…LOL} has risen to the top..THANK YOU VERY MUCH…and I hope that you thrive..“
“This is the best dunkin' donuts in the area. I can always count on this location to be speedy, efficient and kind. My go to Starbucks. Ways better than the one in the Plainview Shopping Centre. If your looking for quick, nice service this is the place. Staff super sweet.“
