“Pretty sad Pizza place twice now we have ordered pizza from this place and twice have been told allegedly we called Horseheads clearly we called your 562 7000 number as it states on Google but avail no pizza..very rude man behind counter denying I called that store almost to the point of yelling no you called Horseheads when I did not. Get your s×!t together and maybe clean your alleged store!! will never be going back! plus side I called Horseheads and she was very friendly and denied ever receiving our call verifying that it was Big Flats and they do it alot! Proof in the pudding that it was your pizza place called! Thanks for making my kids go without dinner till 730 because I had to call aniellios and wait another 30 mins for dinner!!!“

“Searched for a local Steeler bar and this one was recommended! I’m so happy we spent our evening there! The food was good, the staff was friendly and welcoming, it was warm and comfortable and the Steelers won!!!! I highly recommend this place!“

“Pizza dough was good. It's NY style but the crust is light and fluffy. Subs were ok with a good quantity of meat but both subs were smashed during the wrapping process. Quality of the food is overall good and the staff was friendly and helpful.“

“We got to Bernie Murray's early for dinner. The bartender asked if we would like to wait so we did. She brought us drinks, then came back 5 min later saying the cook is ready to start cooking if we would like to eat early, so we did. Fish was good, my piece was rather thin and greasy, my partner was happy with his. Might go back for there specialty chicken wings.“

“I stop here once every weekend after work. I ordered 15 minutes before I leave online and it's has always been ready by the time I get there. I use there app which gives coupons and you get points which you can get free items from. Food and service is always great.“

“Love BWW! They (by far) have the biggest and most interesting selection of wing sauces. They frequently are running specials that are spectacular.

On this last visit, however, the TV’s were louder than I’ve ever experienced in any BWW. I asked the hostess if they could be turned down some and she basically said no, and acted annoyed. We waited almost 20 mins to be seated, despite no one else waiting.

The food came out fast, but almost all of it was barely warm. Our sever was friendly, but ended up with too many tables, causing us to wait more than 15 mins to pay our check. Despite all this I’d definitely return, and am sad that the BWW in Ithaca closed a few years back.“
