Abel's Pub is a friendly spot with a great aesthetic and a welcoming bartender. The pub has a local vibe, making it a perfect spot for those who live nearby or want to escape the chaos of downtown. While it may not be the best fit for BU students, the pub is respectful of all customers as long as they are respectful in return. The outdoor area is new and inviting, and the pizzeria next door is worth trying. However, out-of-towners may find it challenging to fit in with the regular crowd. Overall, Abel's Pub is a great choice for a local experience.
