“I Agree best breakfast in Broome county...I've been going there since I was a little kid, I love it...the only place EVER that gets my breakfast right...no matter what my kids and I request they write it down and we have no doubt when it's brought to us it's going to be exactly as we asked ..I've never, not once have had a bad meal there ..I've never even had a mediocre meal there ...Everytime it's above and beyond!!!! Highly recommend...wish it was open 24hrs, my work schedule makes it hard to get to...I work in customer service and recommend this spot the customers that come through and they come back and say it's becoming there favorite spot.. it gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Michelle was working amazingly under pressure today during rush hour at lunch, all by herself. She is amazing at her job! She handled herself professionally when confronted with a rude customer who threatened to have her fired because his sandwich wasn’t ready, despite there being several orders ahead of his. Multiple customers attested to Michelle’s amazing work ethic and professionalism!“

“When I went, the toaster was broken, and they were out of bread except Artisan Italian and Italian Herbs & Cheese.
Besides that, it was a great subway! Super clean, nice bathrooms, and the staff were really nice. Immediately when I entered, the staff told us that the toaster was broken and offered to use the microwave instead (it didn’t fit a footlong sub, but still). Quickly refilled two trays when they were mostly empty and I asked for it.
I didn’t see the owner, and they probably weren’t there. Some other reviews mentioned that the owner wasn’t a great manager.

Parking: It’s in a plaza with many shops lined up on a street, and there is enough parking. The lot at subway was half full when I entered and left, for a relatively busy time (Thursday 6:15).“

“my experience was fantastic. i came in about half an hour before closing, but the employee, blake, handled it incredibly well. i apologized profusely but he reassured me it was fine and got our sandwiches done incredibly quickly, and with plenty of toppings as well. this was an unusually positive experience, since most subways arent nearly as quick or generous. blake really sold the experience.“

“Love Subway. This restaurant is no exception. Has all the perks of every Subway and is clean and has fast, friendly service. Love the 6inch weekly sandwich meal deal! My favorite is the Chicken Bacon Ranch! Also love the foot long Aunt Annie's pretzels! Oddly this is the first restaurant I was able to order one in and it has the fresh salty flavor that the restaurant at the mall does! Loving it!“

“This was my first time ever to this food chain.. let me start with THIS WONT BE MY LAST!!! I watched every sub being made had its meat and cheese freshly sliced as it was added to the sub...yes sliced for each sub In front of you!!! I watched Customer Service be right on par!! Top notched as each customer was cared for in a fast, efficient manner!! Now story time... I been searching for years for a Philly cheese steak like a dinner I enjoyed as a kid.. which burned down... never in my life had one even close to it... Today at 53 years of age... My Famous Jersey Mike Philly Cheese Steak first one I have ever had... came to be the closest in flavor to that childhood dinner one I loved so much!!! Seriously, my eyes watered, thinking of how I been searching for it and probably will be the closest I ever get... know this I also know the family that owned the dinner they always said there was no secret... just was the way it came together... I still don't buy that !!! But I am here to say.. go here!! Oh, also, their bread for their subs!!! Like fresh, soft, and tasty, only adding to the flavor and the texture of this 100% delicious AAA++ Sub I ate today... Now if only they open one in Cortland!!! And if they do I get to be the first customer!!! Thanks to the crew on shift today and their Leader.. it was a true pleasure!!!!“

Kid-friendliness: They were very nice to my kid. Played a little game with him to find hidden pictures and gave him a prize. He loved it.“

“foods always amazing, store is always clean, but be prepared for a long wait. this store only ever has 1 person working and it gets BUSY at lunch and dinner time. I waited 30 minutes for 1 sub, no exaggeration. would be 5-stars if they staffed it better. poor workers get super stressed.“

“We stopped here with a granddaughter a few days ago. As we were getting ready to place our orders another customer came over and told us that they were running a special, 3 foot longs for $18. Not sure the staff person would have said something, we hadn't progressed that far. From that point on the employee is probably the most friendly accommodating service person like that I ever remember. Very patient as we went through indecision after indecision. No issues when we went back to change an order. Made excellent suggestions for combinations and sauces. Even teased me when I just got regular mayo. Overall the employee made it well, well worth the stop. Beyond that it was subway, nothing special or unusual.“
