It's been 15 yrs since last visit to this 7 generation Vinyard. Since then I've been looking for their ice wine (I like dry, bold wine, and never liked any other sweet wines, by US or Europe, BUT...). The farm had quite a bit of improvement including the tasting room. I'm delighted to know they've been going towards sustainability, including organic farm certification and solar power. First sustainable winery in NY! Been going here for years and so excited to see this winery achieve this milestone. My partner says the Cab Sav is the best wine he’s ever had. The Sweet Gus is a must-try. We come back every year.
