Because I’m sick and tired of paying for a large hot drink only to be traveling down the road and open the cover to find it 3/4s full?
This must be Dunkins way of making extra profit off its customers??

Was here about 7:30 waited on a long line. Finally my turn, I ask for my usual, only to find out the machine is broken. A little put off for having to wait on line for 10 minutes, I mention "I wish I knew that before waiting on the long line". The server says, "you didn't ask" piss me off a little more why don't you, instead of saying, sorry, can I get you anything else? That's not what you say to an already unhappy customer.
