For the last two years, I’ve passed through this area every weekend. I usually visit this McDonald’s location once in the morning for breakfast and once in the evening on the way home. The service is always friendly and usually the food is hot. In recent months, the quality control has definitely taken a back seat and mistakes happen on a regular basis. Check your order before you leave!

Staff made a mistake on my order and when I approached the manager she was angry and rude and they were ganging up on me about some hash brown order.. caffe was very cold and manager gave me an attitude again about asking for ketchup, unbelievable…

Don’t come here. Ordered the 10 piece McNugget Minecraft meal and not only did they not give me the nether sauce that’s advertised with the meal but no sauce whatsoever. They didn’t even ask me what kind of sauce I wanted, they just put a couple of ketchup packets in the bag, and I was so looking forward to trying the nether sauce. Also, the quality of the burgers here is almost always pretty questionable. Do yourself a favor and skip this location, both your wallet and your stomach will thank you.

I used to come here a lot but now im just wasting my money. I mobile ordered drive thru pick up a double quarterpunder with large fries and 2 packs of cookies. Got there 20 mins after and the food was not ready. After waiting, i received the bag and drove off. When I got home I found the fries have been half way filled (reoccurring problem) and I was missing one pack of cookies. The sauce was also placed at the bottom of the bag and was crushed and leaking. I blame myself for not checking before leaving but I expect better service than this. Save your money and just go to Burger King down the road. They're not perfect but it's a better experience now than here.

Stop at this location for lunch with my family two days after thanksgiving, the table and seats were dirty, had to ask 4 times for someone to clean it, finally one of the staff member grabbed a rag and cleaned up the seats and with the same rag she cleaned up the table. Freaking disgusting.

I’ve been coming here for like 15 years and the staff usually is great. However tonight I couldn’t believe how rude one employee was. The woman at the food hand off window at 5:50 pm needs an attitude adjustment.
3 rd order messed up due to poor English speaking cashier. Wish there was a closer location that spoke English that is understandable.

Ordered through the drive through, asked for two double cheeseburgers no onions, two double bacon cheeseburgers only pickles, and medium fries. It took three tries to get the girl to put it on the screen correctly and as we pulled up to the window I watched it change again. We pay at the window and confirm that what we ordered is what we will get and they repeated it back to us correctly. After two other people got their food before us because we were asked to pull up to the drive thru sign, our food came out. The double bacon cheeseburgers had no cheese and no pickles at all... We were also missing our medium fries. I went inside to get it fixed and watched them slap two pieces of cheese and some pickles on each burger and bring them out to me. That part I don't particularly care about I just nuked them in the microwave when I got to work, but how do you mess up the order that many times before I've even paid for it, and then once confirming how we wanted it, you still get it wrong

Food is good but we waited 15 minutes (11:53-12:08) for a Happy Meal and nuggets. The team here seems very young and inexperienced. Carmel is better. Also very small inside so any group makes the dining room loud.
