“This is an amazing place. A little nondescript building with a gravel lot on Maple Lane in Bridgehampton, NY. It’s always busy. You’ll see workers, contractors, local folk, film directors and billionaires all in the same line to get some of the best coffee on earth. It’s a sight to behold.

They make the smoothest and tastiest Americano. My favorites to take home to grind are espresso and Bonacker. They bring in top notch pastries too on the morning. Get there early. They go quick.

When you’re there take a walk around and admire the artwork.

“I have to give this place five stars for outstanding service! I stopped by for a quick coffee and a snack for my two young daughters. While eating, my youngest accidentally dropped her half-eaten egg and bacon wrap on the floor. Without hesitation, the incredible employee working that Saturday afternoon offered to make her a new one—completely free of charge. I didn’t even have to ask, and I would have happily paid for it. That level of kindness and customer service is rare. This guy is top-notch!!!“

Very short term bench seating only (no tables). Please don't come here with feisty fast-paced angry city vibes, slow down, it's small and it's sometimes hard to park during busy times of year (summers / weekends), so just relax!!“

“Iced latte and coffee were delicious and I got to choose from two kinds of espresso for my latte which was unique. Usually I'm never asked. The barista was super friendly too! The market has lots of great stuff and their backyard is beautiful. It is a little pricy (paid $13ish without tip for the coffee and iced latte) but I think that may be par for the course with this area. Would definitely return!“

“I’ve been a Water Mill/Southampton 2nd home resident for 31 years and have enjoyed Hampton Coffee Water Mill and Southampton since they opened. I go back far enough to remember the space as a garage/gas station. The coffee is the best! Baked goods are excellent (I do wish they still made the low fat corn muffins), the Water Mill outdoor space is enchanting. Eric the owner is always present and a very pleasant guy.“

“I ordered the $6 special and it was great. However, in the Southampton location, I don't like how they only have 2 people in the front and each time I go the counter person isn't there because she either getting donuts or ice. Then the cook has to step in and do both jobs. That's no right. Why can the owner be there in the mornings? The want is always long due to this. I'm saying,everytime,same issue.“
