We’ve gone through his check out line multiple times and we’re always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. “We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!“

“This place is a little hidden gem. We seem to keep finding our way back here whenever we are on the lake. We pull up and hang out on the lake, it is so easy to get in and out here. One of us goes inside to place our order. Food takes long enough to enjoy a drink while we wait. The food has always been very good. We have had it all...turkey clubs, wings, burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, onion rings and nachos. The folks behind the bar are always friendly. A few times we even caught live music. So happy we found this place.“

It was a bit busy since most of us got off the bus at the rest stop but she was being nice to everyone“

“This place was super busy, but they worked through like champs. I got a free burger on veterans day and they were fine with it. The burgers aren't the best, too thin to try well or rare. But a great experience otherwise, id recommend this place (off peak hours)“
