It’s a nicely renovated place. Seating area is pretty big. I love their lamb fahsa. I also tried the roasted lamb. It will melt in your mouth.
Food is amazing but they charge more about $5-10 extra if you are not one of those who speak their native language.
I had this experience more than 20 times. I can't understand why they treat non Arab people different. So be careful. Otherwise food is 5 star and service is awful.

Arth Alsaeedah is a restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience. The fahsa dish is a standout, praised by customers as "absolutely just AMAZING!!!" The staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall food quality is great, except for the Grill House Specialty Platter, which was deemed too salty. The roasted lamb, however, was highly commended.
