The desi young lady who make sandwiches on Sundays is very rude . Not sure if she don’t understand English but she rushed my order gave me a grilled cheese that was not melted got a hissy fit when I asked her to remake my coffee . These people have no hospitality what so ever . Zerega is better even though they don’t have the best customer service . Your food is prepared correctly . Don’t waste your time on castle hill unless the nice old guy is there
This location was nuts, they have $2 latte but try to be sneaky and charge me for whip cream smh. she took my order , repeated it twice and since they are busy talking to each other she got it wrong and was mad at me. Crazy how karma works because since I KNOW they shouldn’t be charging for whip cream , in turn they lost money when there barista ended up having to make an entirely new drink, god is always greater then the devil. Pretty exceptional food, but what mainly sells me is the staff. They are very kind, and if you can't get a few pennies out because your a bit short, they still stand there with a smile and they tell you \\\"Oh no, don't worry, it's all right.\\\" That was my instance with them and I was surprised (in a good way). The place itself usually isn't that busy and odds are you can get a seat despite how small the store is.
