The inside of the restaurant is nice, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of places to sit and relax and enjoy your coffee or meal. Customer service is great even when it's busy. Food is usually ready quickly, but be prepared for crowds, making ordering ahead a must. Dietary options are limited, with only dairy-free drinks available, however, they have almond and oatmilk for those with dairy allergies. They serve kosher food, which is vegetarian. Parking is available, except in rush hours. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a good size ramp.
The place has a cold atmosphere, both in temperature and employee behavior, which could be improved with some welcoming and friendly training. Customers have enjoyed the service of Yusuf, who makes an incredible cappuccino, as well as Chelsea, Felichi, Taylor, and Sonjita, who excel at preparing the perfect cold brew coffee.
