“Got served by Amanda at IHOP and she was a real one fr. Super friendly, super attentive, and made sure everything came out right without us having to ask twice. The vibe was good, food hit, and she stayed on top of everything even when it was busy. If you’re eating here, ask for Amanda—she definitely made the experience better 💯✨“

“First time there for me. I was with my aunt and uncle. The waitress was polite, took our orders but gave the wrong drinks to us. She also forgot my Aunt's side of toast. It came when she was almost finished with her meal. When she brought the bill she seemed to have an attitude. Her customer service skills started out good but at the end it went downhill. Left her a tip even though the service wasn't that great.“

“This is a wonderful establishment. The staff is welcoming and very pleasant. They exhibited excellent Customer Service. Our waitress Kiyanna was amazing. She managed to serve everyone without missing a beat. She was the only server at the time of my dining experience. She handled Aand navigated like a true professional. The manager and another worker pitched in and as a team they took care of each Customer with quality care.“

“I've been coming to this IHOP as it is in my neighborhood. I come here whenever I want the taste of a good breakfast. The service is hit or miss, but today 12/6/2025, I was served by an angel, Charmaine A. She made sure myself and other patrons were seated comfortably. She provided the refills without having to be asked and my meal was served warm. I had ordered the split decision and the pancakes weren't ready yet so instead of letting my plate sit until the full order was ready, she gave me the plate with the explanation that the pancakes would be on the way. Her personable service made my day. Thank you.“

“Food, Service, and Atmosphere are always top notch. Since this location opened, it has easily became my favorite I-Hop. The staff are superb. Management is doing a really good job and I hope they keep it up. I’ve seen managers on the floor just like the front line staff and that tells me leadership is doing all the right things.“
