Food & coffee served hot, everybody is polite and helpful.Parking: Once again, come early find parking before car repair shop across-the-street takes many spots. “This restaurant is located in the heart of the immigrant landing zone. Regardless of this fact, the restaurant's American cuisine is first rate. The staff is friendly and professional. The service has always been quick. This a kid friendly eatery.“
“We had pancakes at almost midnight, just couldn't turn down that experience when I realised how late IHOP stayed open. The food was okay, pretty much as expected for IHOP, though prices have increased significantly since I last visited several years ago. There was just one guy working, whose name I sadly did not get, but he was very friendly and professional so no complaints about the service at all. Might not return at midnight again, but certainly a decent option for breakfast food!“

“I live nearby and have regular cravings for the Country Fried Steak and Eggs. This location has had average reviews for awhile but I continue to go since it's so close. The last visit blew me away. I placed an online takeout order then drove over. I checked in 10 mins later. The app ETA was 20-30 mins. but I wanted my food as fresh as possible. The host said it wasn't in the pickup area but he would go to the kitchen and check. He came back with my order a few minutes later and I was out the door. Great service experience this visit. I got my order at home and everything was carefully packed. the Country Fried Steak was packed separate to keep it crispy. It didn't taste like it was refried and it was clean oil. I asked for crispy hash browns and they were crispy and fresh. Pancakes and eggs were solid. Very pleased with this most recent experience.“
“I've been coming to this IHOP since high school days, which is close to thirty years ago. I still frequent this location sometimes once a week since I live nearby. The place is fairly clean and kept compared to other locations. The waitstaff are always friendly and remember regular customers. Food comes out super quick. Plenty of parking in their private lot.“
