IHOP truly delivered an amazing experience. I came in for the $6 special and was beyond satisfied. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was craving, especially for such a great deal.

What really made the visit stand out was the service. Our waiter, JUSTYNE was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to get service that good these days, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed.

I’ll absolutely be returning next Sunday, Great value, great service, and a consistently reliable spot. Highly recommend .“

“It’s not bad. The food is regular, it’s IHOP. The servers are nice, a bit understaffed maybe? Our food took longer than expected to get to us and we had to hunt our server down to get the check at the end. Overall not a bad experience though.“

“Very good fast service. My only gripe is that we tried changing our order like 2 seconds after we placed it. They said that already put it in and couldn’t do anything. It was a bummer for us but we thugged it out and the food was good.“

“I was having such a crappy day and I was craving iHop (for my women if you understand “craving”) and placed an order on uber eats and they messed up my order. Thankfully I didnt live so far away I went up to the place and the service and understanding was phenomenal. Food was made freshly and correctly and in a proper time manner. The manager was extremely understanding and HAS AMAZING CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT.“

Mrs. Kareesha w was so attentive and friendly with all my needs and I feel as if I was home enjoying a great breakfast with my pastor. “I've been coming to this IHOP as it is in my neighborhood. I come here whenever I want the taste of a good breakfast. The service is hit or miss, but today 12/6/2025, I was served by an angel, Charmaine A. She made sure myself and other patrons were seated comfortably. She provided the refills without having to be asked and my meal was served warm. I had ordered the split decision and the pancakes weren't ready yet so instead of letting my plate sit until the full order was ready, she gave me the plate with the explanation that the pancakes would be on the way. Her personable service made my day. Thank you.“
