“Wheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs but it is very tightly situated, There's barely room to walk. They put my walker in the back somewhere because there wasn't room anywhere in the dining area to keep it next to me.“
“I love almost everything that's on the menu. The best things to order is their burgers,steaks,and onion rings. Although the creps don't taste amazing nor the one I had thats suppose to have lemon in it taste like nail polish. Their coffee has no flavor. I'm putting a 1 star for service because I was seated pretty fast but the waiters their are slow and can be rude occasionally. They don't even know that you can scan the receipt and pay through the app. I just did that so I can get extra points. Ive always dined in and never gotten take but this is from my experience thier. All I can say is that this place is decent but it could be a little bit better.It took about 2 hours just to get the food unfortunately but their nice for the most part“
“Service was awesome.Server Robert B was Great! Team player for sure and hes such a jokester. I was having a really bad day but he really uplifted it.Happy holidays IHOP and Treat him right!RIGHT! THE FOOD lol.The food was great ! The wonka pancakes were super sweet however too sweet for me (Good for kids or for those with a sweet tooth.) “I'm a proud Bronxite so I'm used to the chaotic customers but the way the wait staff kept their composure was magnificent. Applauds for them. The waiter we had, I wish I remembered his name, was very attentive and joked with us. The host was very happy and nice. The manager was on his job and the food is always great. I know many other people have other experiences but anytime I go there hasn't been an issue that wasn't taken care of instantly. Thanks. As a ex worker of the food Industry I will say dealing with hungry customers is one of the hardest of all retail jobs. They were all great.“
“There were 4 of us on a Monday at 11 am. The service was very good and the pancakes, scrambled egg, bacon and sausage were delicious as always. There were many people waiting to pick up an order, but we were served quickly. There were very few people eating in the premises.“
“Easter 2024, I made a visit to this IHOP. It has been a while, and my cravings were at their peak. Now, I've been to several IHOP locations with much disappointment. Either the food is a problem, or the server passes judgment and provides terrible service. My visit to this IHOP was not even close to my previous experiences. The waitress started off wonderfully, taking our orders within 8-10 minutes after sitting down. She was kind, eager to please, and well-spoken. Our appetizers came out, and we enjoyed our starters. Immediately after taking our last bite of the appetizers, the busboy cleared our table, and the main meals came out. Perfectly timed and rapidly served. The food was all cooked as ordered without asking for anything extra, nor did we have to send anything back. From start to finish, this location had it all. Professional, quick service, and to top it off a wonderful smile. It's very rare to get it all in one package and at one location. All I can say is that management is at its best at this location. I hope my future visits are all the same as this experience. Fabulous!“
