Bad customer service. I usually come here all the time and the experiences are not always the best , but today was the worst one. One lady took my order which was a “iced espresso.” 5 minutes later she cleaning instead of working on the order, disregarding the order because she didn’t understand what I wanted. Some other lady had to take over and do it for her. I told her my order again and she proceed to do it. When i received my order , it’s just regular cold coffee...read full review
