“The place is small but full of great vibes, the customer service is pretty good and the best part is the authentic Mexican taste in every bite you take !! If you ever decide to stop by I recommend trying their Mexican Chorizo Quesadillas and a horchata beverage. I heard that the chorizo is homemade which why I think it taste so good , other places have store bought and anything homemade makes a difference !!“

“My family had an engagement party for immediate family and a few friends, it was fantastic! The food was amazing! The food was well cooked, from the appetizers to the entrees…completely satisfying. Would definitely come again. The staff was very kind and welcoming.“

“Solid breakfast burritos and great tortillas, which are like gold here. I haven’t tried anything else on the menu yet, but it’s just a matter of time - the salads look awesome. I moved here from Texas a year ago and love everything about the city (except for the rent), but I do miss Tex Mex and good tortillas. New Mexican is its own cuisine and sure hits the spot while also being healthier, and those tortillas are a game changer. So glad to have found this place, just had breakfast from here, and am already looking forward to going back.“

“This morning I ordered 2 sandwiches from this place for the first time (bacon egg and cheese and chorizo egg and cheese) over the phone. The guy who took my order was very nice. We loved our sandwiches very fresh and not greasy at all. Imma go for the breakfast tacos next time. Thanks guys!!“

“Great Margs & Tacos, but a bit pricey! The portions were a very good size. Two people could easily be satisfied by splitting the dip platter and 3 Tacos. The Birria Tacos were good but personally thought they could have had a bit more flavor. Al Pastor was tasty and came with a couple extra sauces.
The service was lacking, there was only two tables in the whole restaurant at the time we went and yet my water glass still set empty for most of our visit.
The atmosphere was great. We got a table in the corner facing the street and it was great to be able to people watch while we enjoyed our food.“

“We were in town for a wedding, and this was the place where they hosted a pre-wedding celebration. The atmosphere was exciting, and regardless of the large crowd, the servers did an amazing job. Everyone had such an amazing and memorable time.“

“This is literally me and my bffs favorite taco/margarita spot . I’ve been here now at minimum 5 times and I haven’t been disappointed yet! Service is ALWAYS great and the food and drinks always do what they need to do. Their esquites is honestly the best I’ve ever had & the tacos are always soo full & flavorful. 5 stars across the board.. I ALWAYS recommend this spot honestly“

Freshly made to order and fresh taste including slice of pineapple, pickled onions, home made salsas green mild, hot, very hot. “Kahlo is a vibrant gem. The atmosphere was great!. The food was absolutely incredible each dish bursting with flavor.
But what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from our waitress, Isabella. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Isabella made excellent recommendations and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
I highly recommend Kahlo. And if you go, be sure to ask for Isabella, she’s a star! This place is a must for anyone craving delicious food and fantastic service!!.“

“We were looking for a good taco spot around astoria, and there was none, but then we came across this lovely place, called Veracruzano, decided to give it a try. And let me tell you, it was one of the best tacos we ever had! The place is so clean, portions are big, fresh and delicious! The owner is a very cool guy!
We've already gone twice to this place, and now, this is our taco spot to go to! Highly recommend 👌“

“We shared a GUACAMOLE with plantain chips. It was fresh and flavorful. I had the FAROE ISLAND SALMON. The salmon was flavorful and well done on the outside and moist on the inside. My husband enjoyed his medium CHURRASCO 14OZ. The drinks were strong 💪. I recommend this place. I enjoyed the old school salsa music.“

“This spot is an absolute gem. Bob’s Bar nails it across the board: good vibes, even better food, and the kind of staff that makes you feel like you’ve been coming there for years (even if it’s your first time).
The space is bright and stylish with that perfect mix of cozy and cool. Black and white tile floors, huge windows, and a bar that actually makes you want to sit and stay a while. Whether you’re kicking off the night with friends or winding down solo, the atmosphere hits just right.
Drinks? On point. Food? Comfort classics with real flavor. The wings are a must. And don’t sleep on happy hour , it’s the kind of deal that makes you double check the bill.
Moreover, there’s always something happening , karaoke, trivia, or just people enjoying life. It’s got that laid-back energy but still feels alive. Makes sense why people keep coming back.

“First time here ,so glad We went. From the moment you walk in the door We were greeted. The guy in the blue shirt didn't get his name must be the manager or maybe the owner Had such enthusiasm I told him I've never been here before and he went through everything with me even though he had A-line of customers.. The food was absolutely amazing I Had the chicken and shrimp burrito and my husband had the Steak and shrimp burrito. We also ordered the curly fries with Bacon and queso And for dessert we ordered Fried oreos with powdered so good we ordered a second batch.. Would definitely Recommend this location . “I went here and ordered nachos which consisted of homemade tortilla chips, melted with cheese, in a bed of black beans puree, topped with crema, guacamole and pico de gallo (and shrimps=one of the options to choose from) and I really loved it. I am back in the Netherlands after a visit to New York and still thinking about it. Thank you so much for this lovely culinary experience.“

“Food was delicious and portion was a lot. Service was on top notch and delivery was on time. I took the pic while we were eating, it was more tacos and quesadillas but we eat it. Churros were very delicious and crunchy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. We often order food from this restaurant so I decided to review it today. Employees are very courteous. Birria had lots of meat and full of satisfying flavors. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend.“

“My favorite place to decompress. Not too crowded, some of the staff are nice and attentive but you have some that appear to not want to serve certain kind of people( I had to ask one of the workers who serves the water, “how come that everytime that I arrive, you never serve me water when I order an alcoholic beverage). He went to tell the female worker to serve the water to me??. That behavior should not be tolerated especially when you are a worker for someone else business and you are behaving in a bias manner. Other than that, the place is a gem and the food is reasonable for the price.“
