The jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned with the right kick, and the beef sliders with fries were juicy and satisfying—great portions too. “I had so much fun. The music, endless mimosas was awesome, but I will say I was disappointed with the steak and eggs I ordered. I asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare and it came out medium well. The took it back and a couple of minutes later brought out what appeared to be the same exact steak cooked medium well and the eggs were cold. It’s like they thought I wouldn’t notice??? So, if you like your steak on the rare side DO NOT order the steak and eggs. Order anything else in the menu and you probably won’t be disappointed. Other than the steak, everything else was great!“

“Vaga Alta Sports Bar near Yankee Stadium is a solid spot to hang out before or after a game. I stopped by and grabbed a Stella—served in a clean, cold glass, which I appreciated. The prices are decent, though I didn’t explore much beyond the beer. The menu’s got a ton of options if you’re hungry. The bartendress was gorgeous and super friendly, which made the vibe even better. With at least a dozen TVs showing different sports, it’s a great place to catch some action. Four stars—definitely a nice holdover spot!“

“My order hadn’t went through in their Applebees system and the manager was almost leaving but he still took the time to figure out why my order that was already paid was not showing up and he helped me resolve it and get my spinach dip on time, hot and ready. And as a pregnant person this goes a long way!!!! I wish I knew the manager name but it was Friday afternoon before 5pm! He wears glasses and speaks both English and Spanish.very thankful!“

“A hidden gem in the bronx new village area. I had a wonderful time with Peter gunz, Melba from the famed restaurant Melba's, the bronx borough president was there, Jimmy & his sister was there. The legend Eric B, was there also. And many other stars and of course Db. Shark the celebrities favorite was in the house.“

“have been to all long island restaurants,and bronx locations. doherty enterprises is by far a great one. for some reson the hutch riv pkwy is far and above the best .think the gm s name is chris and he should be commended for training his staff. i have never had a server that wasnt excellent, always a smile and a welcome, must be due to his training or overview. bronx has slightly higher prices like app plate with samplers is 20. in long island but 25 in the bronx. in bronx everything is hot and freshly cooked in farmingville l it usually doesn t come out hot or barely warm so i d rather pay 25 in the bronx. Mgr Destiny at hutch riv pkwy always looks out for me and mom who is 97 yrs old. So i go to bronx location every time i can usually atleast once a week. in s carolina and florida i and new jersey near atlantic city was not as happy as in new york as they do not offer deals and never heard of golden app which is a discount for seniors,.. I am also a senior citizen so good prices and good food is important. I know good quality and services and let fridays know years ago that things were bad and bronx locations and long island are gone, mainly would wait 15 minutes atfridays to order a drink without ice and would get a drink with ice another 15 minutes later. “It's a good spot especially if you got out of train/work stressed out basically that was an ideal place for many in the neighborhood. Gary the owner or previous was awesome hope to see him there some day. There were a few to many local trouble makers at times as any other place security at a must and much needed. I experienced a few too many events and met my love partner there already 2+ yrs. I always thought and think a new décor & a bit of lighting in certain areas is needed and recommended,“

“Visited here I'm the afternoon on January 25 2025 arrived about 215 pm was greeted by Asher who is very customer friendly and professional very accommodating she sat us where we requested asset to Applebee's at 230. We waited an hour before our order was taken we were hungry and contemplated leaving our waitress was lightsha who was cordial but her service was a 0 I don't know if it came from the fact that there weren't many waitresses working, but my she barely came to our table to see if we were ok until it was time to leave and pay the check. My friend ordered a drink she needed changed so I took it to the bartender to see if it he could change it but he said it had to go through the waitress I said if shelter come to our table. When it was time to get our food and exchanged drink Leslie from the kitchen brought our food and a utensil I asked the waitress for 3 times and Rosario brought us the drink that was changed. Leslie and Rosario very customer friendly professional and an asset to Applebee's on the other hand Lightsha not so much. We won't come in the afternoon or late evening when it's crowed“
