Do they actually have a set of hours, or do they just choose when they want to open and close? I know this is a licensed store, but they put the starbucks name to shame. I was pleased to see they had a starbucks representative training some of their employees, but it's clearly not working too well. They've improved but they definitely still need a lot of work.

I regularly get my beverages here. Today, just to completely blow my mind, the barista had my drink prepared and on the bar before I even opened my mouth. I was like, "wait, what?" Fantastic service at a American classic.
