Food here is amazing. I walked in with amazing service where employees made sure you felt welcomed.Not only that but the service provided is fast and convenient too.
The food here was incredible!!! I had the pleasure of coming here with a few friends and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend the Bistec Cecina & Pollo it is one of the best dishes I have ever tasted in my life- you can tell the food here is made with a lot of love. Safe to say that I will become a regular. Can’t wait to try out the rest of the spectacular variety of authentic Mexican eats on the menu at Taqueria Muñoz!!
Food is good. Very tasty! Esp. The Birria taco. I had steak & spicy pork tacos as well. The grilled onions is a nice aesthetic. I had their guac as well. Not what I’m used to but still good. I will return & tell all my friends to patronize this establishment! Real authentic Mexican food so delicious! I’ll be back 🙃

The food sets the bar so high that no other restaurant in NYC could compare. The steak tacos are the best, and the grilled chicken regular tacos are hot with juicy meat and perfect tortillas. The Al pastor torta is really good, though the portion could be bigger. The salsa verde is a highlight, and other menu items include guacamole, gorditas y enchiladas. Customers describe it as the best Mexican food on 170 street and Grand Concourse. They are open until 12 midnight.
