sister had a party there May 23, 2026. She paid $4,000 for 2 rooms. The first room was the karaoke room. We was in there about 3 hours with no AC. We ask 5 different staff members to put on the AC. No one never came to put on the a AC. My cousin ordered a drink an it took them 2 hours to make 1 drink. She did not like the drink at all. It was nasty. i had an amazing time with my 2 friends! we came in to hide from the hot summer heat and their air conditioning was busssinnn. we came in on a thursday evening and it seemed like there wasn’t too many people. no outside food or drinks allowed, but they offer credit to use to buy food there! definitely get the fries and chicken nuggets. they don’t make you throw out anything which i appreciate; they just make you put it on a counter near the entrance. we stayed in room 2, which...read full review
