10/ 10 goes to the man who was behind the counter when I got to the store. Very polite, attentive and super helpful. Would go to the store again. 0/10 for his girlfriend on the phone/facetime who implied that I was sitting at the counter “yap yap yapping” when asking questions about my purchase.
Been in here a few times to get stuff. I’d say I was successful about 60% of the time I went. However last night I went in and bought an ash tray. Unfortunately it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed they sold me a broken product. The employee didn’t offer any receipt so there is no proof of purchase. So now I’m out $7 and have no ashtray. You may be better off going somewhere else considering there are other smoke shops in the area.
