“Came here on a whim, and so happy we did! The service and staff were great. The food is so flavorful and everything was perfectly cooked. Can’t forget to specifically mention the beef Kabab’s which were amazing with their in house specialty sauces! Can’t wait to go again!“

The food is outstanding, the overall experience exudes authenticity, and the price point is exceedingly reasonable. Every dish I have tried has been delicious, and every visit has been memorable. They have surprised us with extra kebabs in our leftover box, complimentary chai, and additional food in a catering order, showcasing their exceptional hospitality. On my mother's birthday, one of the owners even made a special prayer for her, which was an extraordinary and unique gift I have never experienced at any other restaurant.

“I ordered Kabob Shack on DoorDash as a late lunch and they were running a special for buy one get one on a few dishes. I went with the beef platter and got sweet potato fries as well. The meat was well spiced and very flavorful, the pita was fresh, and the side salad was also yummy. If I am back in the area I'll definitely be trying more of their menu! I highly recommend them.“

“During my visit to Aria Khabab Restaurant, I had a really good time. The person helping us, Faizal Khan, was funny and nice, even joking that he was Shahrukh Khan's brother. We ordered right when they opened for teachers lunch, and they were very polite and quick to take our order. The food was delicious, and everything came on time. “I would probably not eat here if not invited by someone… best way to describe it for me is inconspicuous hole in the wall… but boy oh boy once the food came I wanted to put shove everything down my cavity in the lower regions of my face. The smell &taste of the food? I thought I tasted food before BUT clearly not. My first time having Afghan food now looking out for these restaurants Place is halal and they have an area to make duha ??✨The portions are huge and GREAT value for money ? The white sauce is top-tier.“

“I was very pleased with my experience at Ariana Kebab. I actually walked past this spot and decided to give it a try. The owner was incredibly nice and welcoming and the food was nothing short of awesome! I had the beef kofta kebab entree. Portion size is good, although maybe a little pricey at $22 for lunch. Regardless of that cost, I will absolutely make a trip back and refer it to friends. Apparently they’ve been here for 37 years!!!“

“I love Lasani restaurant. Their prices are very reasonable and so when my husband and I are looking to eat out but not fancy it’s our go-to spot. Food is delicious, veg and non veg options, fast service. I like the environment, casual dining. Open late, too! Lasani is one of my favorite restaurants in Jersey City. When I want to eat out in a casual way, this is my spot. Highly recommend the roti!

Vegetarian options: I love the Chana, sometimes they have different veggies like cauliflower, spinach, depends on the day. Their roti is vegan and it’s soooo soft and good.
