My wife and I popped in here for an early dinner Sunday evening as we wanted to try somewhere new and just walked by a few weeks ago. It's cozy, music was great, wine was a perfect match for our meals. The cacio e pepe ad gnocchi were SO tasty! Started off with the focaccia and meatballs! You get six meatballs here, bonus from the 4 served in an order everywhere else. Everything was delicious and the staff were so sweet! Absolutely stop in and give them a spin. We will be back!

Bravissimo! Scallops cooked perfectly. Gnocchi and ravioli prepared on site and delicious. Music and atmosphere reminded me of Tuscany. I wish I could have brought the plates home as a memory.

I had the pleasure of visiting the new Al Dente Fresh Pasta location on 5th Ave in Brooklyn, NY, and it was absolutely fantastic! The polpetas were served in a wonderfully rich tomato sauce that was to die for. The carbonara was incredibly creamy and flavorful—I couldn’t get enough! I also enjoyed a refreshing blood orange Italian soda that perfectly complemented my meal.
The service was impeccable, and the tasteful music from Hetty and Jazzato Band added the perfect touch to my dining experience. Kudos to the Al Dente Fresh Pasta team—you truly nailed it! Keep up the great work!

Wow, what a gem! Food was wonderful (cacio e pepe the highlight but all 3 pastas we tried were terrific) and the service was exceptional - watched the pasta come out of the pan and to the table in 15 seconds. Space is charming with an old world vibe and playlist to match.
