Ariana taught a class at my house with my fiancé and I. She taught two recipes and was more than friendly. She gave us a personalized recipe, extra items to cook with later, and two tasty desserts! She was very professional and brought items already prepared. I highly recommend not only her pastries, but her classes are so fun & welcoming too. Thank you Chef Ariana!
Went to a croissant class and they are out of this world! Recommend croissants , chocolate croissant and little round brownie .
I just attended a baking class from Ariana yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience! Ariana, is an amazing instructor! Her knowledge and expertise with baking and techniques is incredible! I went home with not only amazing desserts but with learning additional techniques that I never knew! I would recommend to everyone that if you have the chance to take a class by Ariana, don’t pass up the opportunity!

Atelier Ariana offers out of your way pastries and croissants that are fab. The best pastries period this side of Paris are made with the same excellence as in Paris, and the coffee is outstanding. Staff is lovely, gives great recommendations, and the atmosphere feels like the heart of Paris. 10/10 would recommend this standout gem in the Carroll Gardens/Cobble Hill/Gowanus area.
