The salt fish and ackee patty is to die for!!! And i never leave without a slice of the pumpkin pound cake. I'm glad I stumbled across this place on my way to a Diagnostic check up. Now I drive all the way from Crown Heights at least once a week
Guyanese, Caribbean bakery for all nationalities.The most delicious smell on earth from these tasty treats and home made baked bread. Here you will get pones, fudge, sponge cakes and all sort of delicious pineapple cakes, passion friut cakes black and rum cakes and even channa. So yummy. I just bought my whole wheat baked, hot out of the oven bread. And I think the prices are reasonable. With no long lines today ( well when i there). Ask for Omar. Nice guy. Just went there yesterday for the first time and I’m kicking myself for not trying them earlier. Currant roll was eh, honestly not the best I’ve had in Brooklyn but BAYBYYYY, the salmon patty???? It was truly everything. The crust was tender, filling was so flavorful. And the front staff was very friendly. I’ll be back soon
