I purchased a sandwich and it was terribly made. 1) I asked for salsalito turkey and I was given honey turkey. 2) The meat that was sliced in my sandwich was nothing but the Skin/outside of the cold cut meat. Just disgusting!

Consistently over toasted, flavorless, sad example of what a NY bagel ought to be. Everyone's nice, no qualms there, but the bagels are unredeamable.

Great vibe. Store set up is ok. Got their signature BATMAN breakfast sandwich. Bacon, egg, cheese, avocado. Short wait; fair price; nice service. Seating limited inside and out. It was busy. Solid. They also had fresh orange juice that was a JAM.

Wished so bad it was good. It was the worst pumperknickel bagel I’ve had in my life. Tasted like a wheat bagel. there shouldn’t be sesame on pumperknickel!! Also they toasted it way too much and I could taste the char, not something you want on bagels.
