Is this the world's worst Baskin Robbins? I don't know but it's the worst I've ever been in. I rarely come in here because each visit is more disappointing than the last. Today, in spite of my instincts, I thought I would go get a milkshake. When I went in, the ice cream coolers were almost empty, with six, unlabeled flavors sitting forlornly.
