I placed a pickup order 40 mins in advance, and they did not start on it until I got there. Even then, they didn't start on my order until they finished taking and preparing everyone else's order in the line cue - even though I placed my order before everyone in the cue got in line (and the people before them, and so on... I ordered a chicken gyro and the guy who prepared my order must have put a a whole bottle of white sauce. Ughh I don’t need my gyro drenched in sauce. So gross. Never again. Also they advertise one price and charge another and they do it so fast that you only realize it once they give you the receipt.
