I went through the drive through. They forgot 2 large French fries with the purchase of 4 whoppers and onion rings. The only fries I ordered. I parked and went inside to retrieve the fries. I waited 5 min to receive my complete order. No apologies given, thankfully I checked before I headed home. The fries weren't even dropped in the oil. They could have told me at the window to pull around and wait. No they were probably hoping I'd get home and not want to come back for the forgotten...read full review
I sat at the drive thru window for at least 20 minutes (no exaggeration). When the food came it was lukewarm and I was wondering what took so long but there was no explanation at all. It tasted good but that was the only positive I could give this experience. This is not a usual occurrence at this location so I can't say too much negative. I'm just going to chalk it up to a bad day by the staff.

The ratings are a max as far as I concerned any fast food place will ever get. As far as fast food goes it's pretty good just the service could be brushed up on. But the fries are always hot. ?
