I give a 3 for atmosphere is i know cleanliness is next to godliness but that person ain't got no business interrupting me while I'm eating to mop floor that was distasteful and rude
I've been to this location a few times and it's usually pretty decent. I went yesterday for lunch and it was an interesting experience to say in the least. The staff was very friendly when I ordered in the drive-through and pulled around when I went to pick up my food is when everything went sideways. My sauce I was told it was in the bag, it was not. I can forgive the warm food that wasn't hot off the line. I can even forgive the fact the dining area was a bit of a mess during a rush. What I can't forgive, is the obnoxious, rude and vulgar teenagers disturbing my family while eating and the management not doing a thing about it. I would not come back here again until management is promptly retrained and this matter is corrected.
