This restaurant exceed all expectations! From the ambiance, food, wine & staff I was completely wowed at how amazing my experience was. The owner is absolutely lovely and helped us pick out some of the rose I have ever had. Also the schnitzel is the best I have ever had. Will definitely be back!
Visited The Promemade and luckily we happened upon Brume an Alpine inspired restaurant … Evan took great care of us! We enjoyed a delicious charcuterie with a flight of delicious wines. I love this place, great food, great vibe, great service!!

Café Brume is one of the best restaurants in the area, a place with genuine heart and a welcoming atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious, exquisite, and very well done. The beautifully executed dishes are thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor. The schnitzel is a highlight, perfectly crisp, deeply satisfying, and a huge portion. With warm, attentive service, it is a memorable spot for a special dinner.
