Carvel was terrible online service and mistakes with soft serve sundae with strawberry syrup and chocolate syrup, ice cream sandwiches sprinkles, and a simple cone order while employees walked away. The supervisor contacted them back within a hour, apologized and was able to rectify the mistake. Their customer service turned be excellent. Later a better result came when the employee at the counter give the cone order. Two days in a row the order for a cone was better. service turned out be excellent.
