I don't know where all these negative reviews are from. I have been to this Cinnabon multiple times, and have ordered ahead from the Too Good To Go app. Their drinks are yummy and the cinnamon rolls were perfect once I heated them up. Fair prices and I'm pleasantly surprised that they're participating in the effort to reduce food waste!

Don’t really like the people who run the store but 2 female worker's went above and beyond and were so helpful! Anna and Selena were great and made my experience much more enjoyable! Will only be coming back for their great customer service!

I bought a box vis “too good to go” I was given my box with a dirty used brown paper inside, when i asked the waiter to change he answered these are “leftovers” as if it should be like that,, ??!!! he/she hardly changed the paper and then i noticed the same with the box.. i took 4 - 5 times never had this kind of rude experience!!!!

I don't know where those reviews came from, perhaps some sort of rivalry on this freakn Brighton ,but I took Cinnabon yesterday evening and today - both times superfresh and very polite staff.

They ALWAYS make a bunch of cinnamon buns before hand so they are NEVER fresh. Your best bet is to get a pack because they are already old. The problem then becomes they are stingy with the frosting, as someone who used to work at Cinnabon the frosting is free when you buy the premade packs but they don’t offer you any and if you ask they give you 2 frostings for a 6 pack or more. Don’t bother asking because they try to charge you for it as if they are selling frosting for commission. Either way it’s just NOT a great place to get cinnamon buns from. There are other great places around the city with this franchise and others that have the same dessert with way less headache & fresher quality. This is just not one of them.

Good day. Tell me how to understand this. I carefully carried the buns home, did not shake or drop them. I want to ask, did they end up on the floor? Of course, I will not recommend this place to anyone else. And I myself am unlikely to go there again. They shoved a bun into a box for me and it looked like the one in the photo, all torn up. It was all sloppy. When you pay money for a product, you expect it to look proper. And not like the one in the photo.

I went tbis morning. He started to put buns in warmer so i asked him if they are fresh. He said from yesterday. SO not only no buns but tried to rio me off with old stuff.

Do not order a set of cinnabons, they give u day old buns instead of fresh. I had ordered ahead a few days before Christmas and had they were not prepared, wanted to give me wat i did not ask for. The items were not fresh in the end

The most delicious sinabons, take it with pecans, you won't regret it !!!
Came to this location bc the Stillwell location closed. We were pleasantly surprised!! It's big and spacious and clean. The staff was so welcoming. We had a promo and there was an issue after check out. The manager/ owner was there and she was so helpful. She offered us samples as we waited and showed us some of the limited edition and specialty flavors. Her staff did not seem nervous to have her there. I saw them interact with each other with courtesy and respect. That tells me all I need to know about how well this location will do.

I’m very disappointed. I ordered from too good to go. They sell the leftovers from the day at a discount. You do not get what you pay for. They keep the leftovers for themselves. The employees just have their friends come in towards closing and give it away.

We were just in to check it out with the whole family. What a great store! The buns and other pastries (I forget all the names) were fresh, warm, and delicious. The standout was the staff though, super nice and patient with a bunch of kids and parents making up their minds. Also loved watching them make a new batch, the employee explained each step as she went, we all loved it!

I was so happy to have Cinnabon open in our place. As on other Cinnabon places there way more cream on top of Cinnabon. We asked to put little more but what we got. Almost no cream, dough is not baked well. Feels like dry.
