I have been to this Dunkin tens of time. Staff is cooperative. Their Chai Latte is good like near to precision but not extremely precise taste like Starbucks but at least better than many. Egg and Cheese with bagel is also tasty.

Employees are hit or miss. Today was a miss. I like to visit on Thursdays to get something to eat. It's 6:32 pm and it's my first meal, so you can imagine how inconvenient it was to show up and not be ale to order anything because their oven was shut down to be cleaned. It doesn't make sense to shut down the oven at thus time just because you want to finish early. It's not closing time. No, I don't want to eat a donut for first meal. Very inconvenient....
