I said hello, smiled, ordered three coffees, and asked for a double espresso and milk. The cashier was clearly unhappy to see me, didn’t understand what I wanted, and said she’d just give me an Americano with milk. In the end, they gave me two glasses on a tray. I didn’t understand why, so I walked away from the checkout counter and started investigating—I thought she’d poured coffee in one glass and milk in the other. But it turned out they’d made a mistake in giving me two glasses and started yelling at me from across the room that I’d ordered one coffee, not two... Um, you were the ones who gave me two glasses on a tray; I didn’t ask for it. I gave them one glass, and all three of them looked at me with disapproval. When I checked the coffee, I spilled scalding coffee all over myself. This place sucks, and the staff sucks

This location specifically always has stale dried out croissants. They consistently put out hard, overly dried out croissants that turn hard as a rock. Then they dry out the sausage patties so they’re like cork boards. It’s the only dunkin that does this. Might be the way they prep the sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwiches to save time, but omg it’s awful.

I mean, it’s Dunkin’. The coffee and donuts will be ok, but workers will look straight at you and not acknowledge your existence or take your order, even if there are only three people in the store.

The closest Dunkin' to my apt, and unfortunately it's not a great representation. Why invest in a DD chain if you don't enjoy serving coffee/donuts? There are one or two nice, competent servers who actually smile and greet you like a human. It's just a rare occurrence.
I usually never have an issue when i go in the mornings i love the morning crew, but today i went in after 5 and the two behind the counter were incompetent and extremely slow. I ordered a grilled cheese and the cheese was not melted so i had to go back . I was short on time because i had to go back to work and when i went back, they refused to give me my refund i had to ask multiple times to give me my money back because i had no time to eat. I am never going back in the evening only the mornings. Also the place was very untidy and needed to be cleaned.

Awful, they messed up my order twice, first making it cold and then the wrong size, then when I finally got the right drink it was lukewarm and not even hot. The staff argued with two other customers across the 25+ minutes I had to wait, and I even had to remind them I was still waiting on my drink as they'd start talking while not actually doing anything. I go to Dunkins all the time, I don't expect 5 star service, but tf wss this?
