Customer service goes a long way. I ordered a hot tea and a cup was scorching. They don’t have the cardboard slips to put around the cup. I asked for an extra cup because it was too hot to hold and I was told no. I’m unsure if they are Told they cannot do this… But I would rather just go to Starbucks if they can’t spare an extra cup because the contents is hot. The bagel also tasted terrible. It wasn’t fresh and tasted like it had been there for several days

This is the worst place they always opening up late. I make a online order and upon arrival they are closed
I'd have given this dunkin a 5 star for food, but it is still a dunkin donuts and not an Olive Garden lol. Regardless, the service is great, the food is fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is excellent as well
I bought an egg en cheese on english muffin, and the bread had MOLD on it. How come the worker didnt notice when putting on the oven, the hasbrown tasted like plastic as well. Will never buy in this place again.
